2019. Scotland - Haste Ye Back! (return back with speed)

Scotland is famous for Whisky, Haggis (sheep heart, liver and lungs), Wool, The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, Bagpipes, Castles.... all of which we experienced. Yes, I tried Haggis while there and it was pretty good.

Where should you do your first (and for me probably only) Scotch tasting? The Scotch Malt Whisky Society in Edinburgh, Scotland.

For three weeks in August, this arts and culture celebration is one of the most amazing experiences I have had. Excellent Artists & performers are on stages all over the city all day long in Edinburgh.

We hiked up to Arthur's Seat where we found beautiful views of Edinburgh.

We had the best seats in the house to watch The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo. This is performed by international military bands, and artistic performance teams on the Esplanade of Edinburgh Castle. I was overwhelmed by precision and pride.

We toured the country side in Scotland. It was simply beautiful.
